We are a semi retired midsixties professional couple (geological engineer and a school district administrator) who are interested in travel. Philip curls, cross country skis and snowshoes in winter, swims and golfs in summer while we both enjoy volunteering at the local theater in Saint John and playing bridge. We have three adult children, one who is in Christchurch, New Zealand, another in Toronto, Ontario, and one with 4 small children near us in Grand Bay-Westfield We enjoy the friendly and safe nature of the town and the neighbouring city as well as the opportunity to travel on many close by nature day trip and hikes. Family lives close by and can help with any problems you might run into. We are interested in travel and are open to offers. We have Spain, Portugal, Cost Rica on our list as well as San Diego, San Francisco, the southern United States, Central and South America on our list of places we want to visit. Other locations in Canada are also of interest
We would welcome visitors from Australia and New Zealand on a non-simultaneous basis since we have travelled there in 2011 and will return again in 2013. We have a son and daughter in law(high school teacher and university researcher) and toddler grandchild who might be happy to visit your home in New Zealand while we host you here in Canada...just a thought!
