We can also include in the exchange a car and one or two weeks in a cottage on the beach around 2 hours drive. La maison inclus un bureau a domicile, Internet haut débit, fax, ordinateur. Garage double annexé à la maison. Sous sol: 1 ch., 1 SB. et garnde salle familiale avec table de biard. Cette entente peu inclure un auto ainsi que la possibilité de passer une ou deux semaines dans un chalet directement sur le bord de l'eau a 2 heure de route.Le chalet n'est pas oubligé d'etre simultane, c'est une residence secondaire

The Moncton/Dieppe region is perfectly located as a touring base being just over 5 min. from hwy to most famous beach of the area (Parlee Beach) and 20-25 min. drive. 5 min. to Magnetic Hill, one of the most popular touristic attractions in the region. Many parks in/outside town (wild nature, hiking, ski). 7-8 min. to shopping malls, power centers, grocery stores and restaurants. 10 min. to downtown, other restaurants. Friendly, quiet, family neighbourhood. The cottage is about 2 hour from the house directly on the beach in a quiet village.
