We offer a large executive-style heritage home just one block from the ocean and Beacon Hill Park, Victoria's largest park. Located on a quiet street, our California craftsman bungalow is included on one of the walking tours of Victoria heritage architecture. Inside, it has been completely updated. It is an extremely bright home that has four large and comfortable bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a formal living room, separate dining room, a study and two family rooms. The well-equipped "cook's kitchen" is completely updated and the bathrooms were remodeled in 2010. The house includes a laundry,wi-fi and high speed internet, a cable TV package, a large collection of original art, HDTV entertainment centre, four fireplaces, and five skylights. The house sits in a beautiful garden on a tree-lined street. Car exchange considered. We could also offer a Spring or Fall week in a wonderful timeshare condo in WHISTLER, B.C.

Fairfield is an inner neighbourhood of Victoria, very close to downtown. It has a beautiful seaside location with walking paths or biking and rollerblading along the spectacular ocean front. On windy days they hang glide and wind surf at the foot of our street. The well-known Cook Street Village is a five minute walk away and it has all the shopping and people watching you will need. We are just a 20 minute walk from downtown (Empress Hotel/Inner Harbour) through beautiful Beacon Hill Park. Condé Nast Traveler magazine and other travel publications have often voted Victoria the Best City in the Americas and Vancouver Island the Top North American Island Destination.
