Our home is an older, but well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow with updated bathrooms, 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 Queen, 1 bunk, as well as another bedroom downstairs with a double bed with an adjoining bathroom and steam shower. There is a separate TV Room with 52" screen TV & Wireless internet available. There is also a 600 sg ft brand new outdoor deck with a gas BBQ & eating area with outstanding views overlooking the Pacific Ocean and mountains. Our home is a 40 minute ferry ride from Vancouver. Simultaneous vehicle exchange may be available from the Vancouver airport.

Our home is located 1 block from the quaint village of Lower Gibsons and the famous Molly's Reach. Take a stroll down to the pier and grab some fresh seafood off the dock or visit the quaint boutiques, cafes, restaurants and West Coast Galleries. We have home on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean with 180-degree view of ocean and mountains. A short walk down to the bottom of the road there is also a community swimming dock. Bikes, skateboards, skim boards, lifevests, etc also available. We have 2 vehicles, either of which may be available for a simultaneous switch. The Sunshine Coast has some of the best bike trails and walking hikes all over the coast. It is also home to countless beautiful beaches within both walking and driving distance. We are a professional, clean and neat family with 2 boys ages 8 and 5. Our family loves the outdoors and are non smokers. We have 1 cat who is mostly outdoors and would be open to a small pet if necessary or looking after one. We are clean and neat professional family and would respect your home as our own. We currently are looking for a simultaneous exchange for summer 2012. Our home will be available July 27 - Aug5th. This is also the weekend of Sea Cavalcade with amazing fireworks viewable from the deck and music and festivities at your doorstep. We have done 1 exchange so far and are looking forward to meeting and visiting new people and places.
