Kelowna is the center of the Okanagan Valley.
With an population of approximately 300,000, the valley is a major agricultural and retirement center, with over 40 golf courses, orchards and world class wineries.
A relaxing world of food, wine, arts and music... and just 300 miles from Vancouver or 500 miles form Calgary, both past host cities for the Olympics.

We are within easy walking distance you will find galleries, fine restaurants, pubs and excellent shopping.
A block and a half west is Lake Okanagan and it`s sunny beaches.
A walk into downtown Kelowna is just 20 minutes.
The house is directly opposite the University of British Columbia School of Clinical Medicine and kitty corner to the Kelowna General Hospital. Pandosy St. is an older neighbourhood going through a revitalization.

We are a retired couple in our 50`s looking to travel as much as possible. I am a photographer, my wife is a painter.
We are especially keen on sunny warm places in the Dec-March time period which is great if you want to experience the beauty of this winter wonderland. The Skiing is incredible..., the snow is delightful.
We enjoy golf, scuba, fine dining, galleries and exploring new places.
We do prefer of 30 days or more, but will consider anything.
A small bonus is that I am an extremely capable handyman, capable of repairing any small hitches at your home while we are staying.
SURPRIZE US... We are very open to exchanges at anytime....
