Our apartment has it all! One of only 40 suites in a heritage building, our apartment was completely renovated with modern new finishings in 2011. Located in one of the most exciting downtown neighbourhoods in Vancouver; Yaletown. There is underground secure parking and an elevator. Our home has lots of light and is ideal for two people, although four can share. There is a private rooftop garden.

The new Canada Line subway which takes you to & from the airport is across the street. Within our block there are award winning restaurants, clubs and shopping. A five minute walk to the water is a lovely new bike/walk path which can take you anywhere you want to go in the city including Stanley Park, Granville Market and Kitsilano Beach. From Dec - April downhill and Nordic skiing is 30 minutes away. This is our 2nd home so it is available anytime. Something about ourselves

My husband and I are world travelers. We have two grown children who live abroad, but sometime travel with us. My husband is a Law Professor and I am a secretary in a medical office. We are quiet, sociable people who live an active, healthy lifestyle.
