Welcome to the heart of the Okanagan. Our home, built in 2003, is located minutes to a private beach with its own boat launch. Our backyard backs onto a vineyard, and we're within walking distince to one of Kelowna's premier vineyards. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms: the master with an ensuite, our son's room that now has a queen bed, and our other son's that now has a full sized twin. There is a full bathroom upstairs in addition to te en suite.
Our house is unique in that both floors replicate each other in that there are two kitchens, two laundry rooms, two living rooms. Thus, we would be open to a non-simultaneous exchange. Or, our house would work well for two couples travelling together. We also have two young children, so our house of course is equipped for families: lots of toys and outside equipment.

Both kitchens are beautiful, and are fully equipped to prepare as quick or as gourmet of a meal as you like.

We do have a resident cat, but arrangements could be made to have someone else care for it. There are also two bedrooms on the main floor that the cat is not permitted in, in case of allergies.
