2 homes available. 1,400 sq.ft. ranch style home on a golf course on the side of a mountain with a great view of the Thompson River Valley in a new subdivison called Sun rivers (visit http://www.sunrivers.com for a complete overview of our neighbourhood. We have a 2nd property 1 hour from our home in a place called Celesta B.C. on the beautiful Shuswap Lake. We are on the water with 10 other condos, with a boat dock. An extremely popular summer holiday place. Shuswap Lake has 1,000 miles of shoreline and is excellent for house boats and water sports. Our condo is small but very high-end with all the amenities that you could want, including a Japanese heated toilet seat bidet and a steam shower with heated tile floors. This lake condo sleeps 4 and has vehicle storage and a place to dock a boat. There is high speed internet access and telephone service. There is 200 feet of shoreline and a kayak for your use. We have a Subaru All Wheel Drive Automatic available if you wish.
