Our home is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. Large Kitchen,a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, a living and dining room with views of the ocean. Main bathroom with tub/shower, vanity and w/c. Main floor has two piece powder room off large entrance hall. All floors on the main are oak, all bathroom are tiled, second floor and bedrooms are carpeted. Garden with large patio, BBQ and sitting areas, many trees, flowers and shrubs.

Very Pleasant area, Ocean beach across the road. Country living, but close to downtown Victoria. Walking trails, many leading to beaches and coves. Local village, with pub and shops. Golf, diving, sailing. Lot's of Island hopping. Access to downtown Victoria from the village. Something about ourselves
