Our apartment is in the only LEED Platinum (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design) certified development in North America. The Victoria skyline can be seen from all windows, and there are some water views. It is on the ground floor and has its' own exterior access. The main level has an open plan living room with floor to ceiling windows and custom entertainment system. A full kitchen contains all new stainless appliances. Two bedrooms will sleep up to 4 people.

A 10 minute walk to downtown Victoria and the Inner Harbour, the unit is immediately adjacent to major cycling and walking trails. We are a not-quite-retired couple looking to exchange to new and exciting places. Court is an environmental scientist, and Laura is an accountant and artist. Art is a big focus for our travels. Our main home is on Pender Island, one of the Southern Gulf Islands between Vancouver and Victoria. It may be possible to include access to our house on Pender Island as part of the exchange.
