Our home is full of character and warmth from the original wood work to our newly renovated kitchen. It caters to the adults and the children with space just for each. For the adults, the sunny porch for morning coffee into the evening in the sitting room. For the children, yards for playing and a large family room stacked with toys and TV. Bedroom's on the 3rd level are well away from the rest of the house. The fourth bedroom is also an office.

The Gorge area is a quiet suburban neighbourhood but located conveniently close (5 minutes drive) to downtown Victoria. The Gorge waterway and walk/bike trail system is 5 minutes walk from our front door. We are within 10 minutes of three shopping centres and hundreds of restaurants. We are 15 minutes drive from local beaches and lakes, and conveniently close to the highway that takes you up island to the beautiful west coast beaches and resorts, or the wine regions of the Saanich Peninsula and the Cowichan Valley. We are approximately 30 minutes from the ferries from the mainland and Anacortes in the US and the international airport. We are ten minutes from the Port Angeles Ferry. Something about ourselves

Rich and Kim met seven years ago at a wedding and started their new lease on life. He's from the UK and she's from Vancouver they both have two children - aged 14,13,11,10, they get on famously. They decided to live in Victoria. Rich is an Architect specializing in heritage conservation and Kim is in Dentistry.
