Nicely-renovated,single-level home on three-acre hobby farm, located in Super-natural British Columbia - near beaches, hiking, golf courses, fishing, skiing, restaurants, shopping, and more. Three bedroom home (one bedroom used as home office) in quiet area, restricted to a two-acre minimum. This home can accommodate 4 people, there is one queen bedroom with TV/VCR/DVD/STEREO, and ensuite, and one double bedroom with TV/VCR, and ensuite. Large living room with wood-burning fireplace and surround sound entertainment system. French doors from both the living room and the dining room lead outside to beautiful deck surrounded by established flower gardens where you can BBQ or just relax and read or watch the sun set. Our home is not suitable for very young children and is a smoke free zone.10 minute drive to ferry to Vancouver.

George (64) is an IT Specialist working for the British Columbia ferry system and Robin (55) is the Directors' Secretary/Admin Assistant working for the Parks, Recreation and Culture Department of the City of Nanaimo. We love to travel. We are "empty nesters". We both work full time, although we are looking forward to retirement and being able to travel more often. We enjoy camping and fishing and have a extra truck with camper/caravan - sleeps 5 (which has also been enjoyed by our exchange partners) and a couple of boats for fun at home in the summer - and even sometimes winter camping. We have a few (outdoor only) animals but we have the great help of someone who takes care of them in our absence.
