Our house is a two bedroom townhouse located in a pedestrian neighbourhood in UBC - the University of Vancouver. One room with a king size bed, the other one is a kids room with a twin bed, and an extra mattress underneath. We also have a crib in the master bedroom. We have bikes, and an access to a gym with the house. We have a large book and DVD collection, and a plot in a vegetable garden with lots of fresh organic herbs and flowers.

Our neighborhood
Our house is located on UBC campus, in UBC 'family housing'. It is particularly nice with children here as there are playgrounds all around. It is also very quiet. Right behind us (cross the street) is the forest, and we are at a 15 min walk from the beach(Wreck Beach and Spanish bank). A car is not needed around here, as we have very good buses, and access to downtown Vancouver is VERY easy. Close to nature, in a village like setting, yet only about a 25 min bus ride from downtown Vancouver. The UBC campus is very agreable. There is an olympic pool, libraries, sports etc. Something about ourselves
We are a family of four. Originally we are from Belgium and have been living in Vancouver for 3 years. Benoit is a lawyer and Phd student, Celine a student. We have 2 sons, Hugo, 6 years old and Gustave, a 1 year old baby. We already did exchanges in the past and were very happy about them. We love to discover new places, and are especially interested in France and San Francisco. Ben loves to read and relax, Celine loves gardening and pottery, Hugo enjoys pokemon cards.  marks the location of this home
