Large main bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite (incl bidet and large soaker bath with view) on dedicated top floor. Middle level well equipped kitchen, tv room, dining and lounge rooms in open plan design. Fireplace, recliners, sofas. Office and second bedroom, with very comfortable fold out sofa bed. Large screen tv,stereo,hi speed internet and cable tv.

Brentwood Bay is situated between waterfront Sidney (15 min drive) and waterfront harbour Victoria (20 min drive). It's a quiet, semi rural area and is on major bus routes. We have 2 adult bicycles and there are both walking trails and biking trails that can be started from the house. We are right on the bay, and it's a visually stimulating and vibrant scene. There are mountains to climb and golf couses to master..and that's all aside from the typical tourisy fare offered by the nearby townships (whale watching, aquariums, movies, shops, theatre,world class restaurants). From the house you can walk to a number of excellent eateries and pubs, both on the waterfront and in the village. Mount Washington Ski Resort is on the island, a 2 hr drive. We recommend it! 2010 Olympic City, VANCOUVER, is a mere 15 min plane ride or a relaxing 90 min scenic ferry crossing. From there, WHISTLER is a stunning 2 hr drive north. Something about ourselves

We are a retired couple in our 50s; an electrical engineer (Canadian)and a teacher (Australian)). Exchange does not need to be simultaneous. Our home is available anytime, as we split our time between Canada, Australia and travelling. We also have a boat in Canada, allowing us to sail away into the sunset, should you wish to be here in the summertime and our dates overlap.
