Modern, very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in the City of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Clean and very comfortable , quite and serene with relaxing outdoor areas on the Bow River. The house sits at the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains there is so much to do and explore in western Canada, cowboy country and oil country. I cannot seem to upload photos but I am trying. There are three bedrooms upstairs two with one bathroom and the master suite has a ensuite. Looking out the back window it feels like country. Very quite and peaceful neighbourhood. Excellent kitchen space, living room and dining area. Outside BBQ available for use.

Our neighbourhood is in the suburbs of Calgary a city of 1,000,000 people. Walk to shops, and eating houses. Walking paths and bike paths are just outside my back door. Banff and the mountains are an hours drive away. I will include my bike, you can bike on the bike path to the city centre in 20 minutes, bike along the banks of the Bow river. The is an excellent gym facility in the complex, tennis courts, amazing golf courses near by and wonderful fresh air fun. The house is within walking distance of the Foothills Hospital, Children's Hospital and the University of Calgary. Short bike ride to city centre. I am in my early fifties and am ready for a gap year. I have two wonderful grown up children 22 and 25 years old, one lives in Montreal and the other lives in Kalona BC she goes to Germany for the month of May and in September she moves to China for a year. The three of us love to get together when possible. I feel my gap year might turn into a new career so I am ready to travel. I believe I have all my hard work completed. I was born and raised in Ireland.
