Our house is a 4 bedroom, two story home with 2100 sq. feet of area. It has a family room with tv/dvd/pvr/stereo and wood burning fire place. There is a kitchen with an eating nook that can seat up to 8. It has a formal dining room which seats 8. There is a main floor bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. We also have a play room on the main floor with toys, children's books, tv/dvd and computer. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and the other three have twin beds in them. There is an ensuite bathroom off of the master bedroom as well as a library/sitting room. The third bathroom has a tub/shower/sink and toilet. We also have an aerobed (inflatable) that could be set up wherever you'd like. We also have a finished basement with gas fireplace if you need extra space. Our back yard has a large deck with sitting area and dining area. We also have a trampoline and hot tub. Our house backs onto a school yard with a playground that is a stone's throw from our yard. We have a two car garage with bicycles (2 adult and three child) and are willing to trade vehicles. We have a 8 passenger Honda Oddysey. We have a housekeeper that cleans the house once a week. We also have an RV we would be willing to trade. It is a 2008 27 foot trailer with truck. Truck seats 5 and the trailer sleeps 7. It has a kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, sink and microwave as well as bathroom and separate master bedroom.

Our neighborhood
Our neighbourhood is a suburb in south east Calgary. It is a lake community which means we have access to a small lake with a beach, playgrounds, tennis courts, kayaks and canoes, etc. There are lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc within five to ten minutes from our house. Our community is next to Fish Creek Park which is a natural area and has a river, biking/hiking trails, fishing, etc. There are two public golf courses within a 10 minute drive from here. We are a family of five. Jason is 35 and a Mechanical Engineer and Christine is a Stay-at-Home mom and is 36. Our kids are Tristyn (10 year old girl), Ashton (8 year old girl) and Ethan (6 year old boy). We have two poodles and a cat who would stay away from home while we are away. We will also be traveling with Christine's parents. We are planning a trip to Scotland in July of 2010 for our daughters to compete in highland dance. We would like to be in the Stirling or Edinburgh area. A a car would also be helpful.  = marks the location of this home
