We offer a large and beautiful apartment clean and comfortable.
Our apartment has 2 storeys (200m2). On the top floor we have a terrace, a grill and a small pool with a very nice view of the city,one bedroom with bathroom and jacuzzi and closet, one bedroom with two bunkbed, and a social bathroom and a space with two eletretric bikes in front of a big tv(perfect to run). The first floor has a living room and dining area, kitchen with service area, has 3 bedrooms(one with bathroom inside) and one social bathroom. We have cable with international channels (English). We have o lot of movies and games (PS3). The apartment is child proofed, with protection nets in every where. We have Wi-Fi Internet Connection and a computer available for guest to use. We also have air conditioning in every single room. Our apartment is also very easy to clean and maintain (ideal for vacation). Kitchen is fully equipped.
We have a sofa bed(where 2 people can sleep) in the living room. The apartment accommodates until 12 people comfortably. It's a very big apartment and a typical summer apartment. We offer a large and beautiful apartment clean and comfortable.

Cabo Frio there are a lot of wonderful beaches, but the most famous is Praia do Forte that is near our home (10 minutes walking)is a mile away. 4 miles to Arraial do Cabo, "Capital of Scuba", 9 miles to Búzios, "Brazilian Saint Tropez".
Praia do Forte, on one of the best beaches in Brazil for swimming, relaxing, kitesurf, windsurf, surf, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, beach volleyball. Our neighbourhood with safe and calm.
We are located at 1oomiles from Rio de Janeiro where tours to visit the Christ the Redeemer statue, the Sugar Loaf, Maracana football stadium, Copacabana and Ipanema can be organized. We are Jeferson and Renata, a happy married couple. Jeferson is a lawyer and I work with him in the administration, we have 3 offices (Niterói, Petrópolis and Cabo Frio). Together we have four children, but they didn't live with us, only come in vacation and some weekends. We really enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have done a home exchange before and loved, now are good friends, it is a perfect way to know other cultures.We are able to let all the information for our guess for they have a great tim here in Brazil.
New places and cultures is what we most love to do.
