Our home are clear and sunny. This is not a luxurious home but is very clean and cozy with a beauty of tropical decoration. We have a swimming pool and shadow trees. Five minutes walking you can get Geriba beach, the best beach of Buzios. "Armação de Buzios" is a tourist city about two hours by car or travel bus from Rio de Janeiro and has several beaches, very good night life with national(typical)and internationals restaurants and nightclubs.
In the house we have 06 bedrooms with air-conditioning and bathrooms.Two roons,kitchen and balconies.We have an balcony in the backyard where you can take breakfast listening birds and looking to the trees and swimming pool. We don't live at this house, we live in Rio de Janeiro city.This is our second home and we have this house for vacations, weekends and some times like Guest House. We have a employee maid that live on a small home in the back of the yard and take care and clean our house.Please no pets.
We have decided to try this home exchange but we necessary don't need to travel on the same time of the person that exchange home,may be non simultaneous. But in some periods we can not change this home, for example: New Year, January, Easter holidays, Brazilian carnival. Our home are clear and sunny.
