I live in a vast apartment ,with doormen 24 hours,in the nicest area in Rio de Janeiro. It has three rooms and one suite, two bathroom, and two washrooms. You will enjoy a very comfortable home with cable television, LCD TVs, high speed wi-fi internet. Three rooms have very comfortable queen size beds and the 4th room is an office. The three mains rooms have air conditioning . The kitchen just redone is equipped with a very nice grill, nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine, blender, microwave and all other kitchen utilities. This is my second home, and the apartment is very well equipped. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, grocery store is two blocks away, and we have a cleaning lady that is available twice a week.

Situated in Leblon, the nicest area in Rio de Janeiro, you will stay in a very safe part of Rio with lots of shopping options around, the beach is just around the corner, many artists and professional people live around, and it has an amazing night life and renowned restaurants with numerous options and types of food. This beach is located right next to Ipanema at the far west end of the same stretch of sand. Some of Rio's most chic clubs, restaurants and boutiques lie on its nearby streets, which get very crowded during the summer months. My name is Jorge Werthein and this is my second home. My wife Miriam is a social scientist and I am the vice-presidente of a large educational company based in Sao Paulo. We live in Brasilia most of the time and also part time in Sao Paulo. We are planning to spend some time in New York and Paris during 2011. We are in the mid sixties and we know how to appreciate and take care of a property.
