Description of our house
The apartment consists of a dining room/kitchen, small hall and toilet and upstairs there are a
small living room with adjacent rooftop terrace, a bedroom (kingsize bed) and ensuite bathroom.
This is our second home and we use it only for days or weeks when we go to Vienna for concerts or the opera.
Non simultaneous exchange is possible.

Our neighborhoodThe apartment is on the 6th floor and from the terrace there is a good view on the Vienna hills and even St Stephens cathedral.
The underground stop is only 50 metres from the house and it will take you only 5 minutes to go to the opera house in the very centre.
The apartment is in a pedestrian zone with lots of shops and restaurants etc. The setting is urban, nearly all the houses in the street are six stories high.

Something about ourselvesMy husband Helmut and I (Helene) are retired teachers (late 50s, 60s).
We love travelling ,meeting people and
learning about other countries.
We love classical music, going to concerts and to the opera.
We have done several successful exchanges and
love the experience.
We also try to stay in touch with our exchange partners and some have become like friends.
We can offer non simultaneuous exchange.
