Description of our house
We offer a large, modern house in a very pleasant and quiet neigbhourhood of Vienna. We have three bedrooms, one with two beds and two with a double bed. We also have a guestroom with a double bed which is also used as a homeoffice. There is an open living room in the first floor with a large stylish Italian kitchen and a dining area where all the family can eat. It's a very cool and clean house, with stone floor, a little garden and terraces around the house in the 1st and top floor. We have coming in a cleaning lady twice a week, who you can easily use to avoid cleaning by yourself when you are on holidays. There is a little wood very close to our house - perfect for joggers, (mountain-)bikers (you can use our 2 bikes if you want) and walking. In winter you can cross country ski, toboggan or just walk through a perfect snowy winter wood.

Our neighborhoodVienna especially in winterseason is a very romantic and cultural city to go. Winter is ball season, theatres, opera, concerts, museums. If you can visit Vienna in New Years Night - Vienna centre is the spot to celebrate and have lots of fun. Our house is in walking distance to the "LainzerTiergarten", a beautifull big wood open to the public where you can visit the "Hermesvilla" which was Sissys hideaway. We live 15minutes away from the subwaystation "Hietzing - Tiergarten Schönbrunn", which takes you just another 15minutes to the centre of the city. Dont forget to go to Schönbrunn castle and dont miss our nice winerys "Heuriger", for which Vienna is famous for. 50 minutes by car you can go skiing if you want... or you just relax and take it easy, eating out in very fine restaurants, reading various newspapers in one of Viennas traditional coffee houses and enjoy the friendly neighbourhood. As we grew up in vienna we can provide you with lots of ideas what to do and where to go depending what you are interested in.

Something about ourselvesWe are a family of 4. My husband is a journalist and I'm fundraising for a non profit organisation. We both are completly in love with our twin girls. We also have a nine year old english setter dog named Chelsea.
We love to travel especially looking for non touristic sites. We would love to spend appr 3 weeks january 09 somewhere sunny and warm and another 3 weeks in march 09 in Spain esp Canary Island. Hope you inspire us with great offers... talk to you soon, A...
