We have a large, spacious very modern house which has a ground and a first floor (225 m²). There are 4 bedrooms,(6 sleeps up to 8) one bathroom with toilet upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs, a large living room with flat TV, CD /DVD player, dining room, well equipped kitchen and a small office with internet highspeed connection. From the living room you have access to a large terrace and a nice garden, which is surrounding the house. A car is required. The house is situated in an absolutely quiet and green area near the woods with lots of family homes. If possible, our cat should be fed (the cat is always outside).

Our neighborhood
We are situated in the most southern province of Austria, Carinthia, in the area of the lake Woerthersee and close to several others lakes and mountains. Ideally situated, you reach Velden in 5 minutes by car. It is a well-known touristical area and offers lots of possibilities for sight-seeing, water sports, golf,tennis etc. Velden is located in the western bay of the lake Woerthersee and boasts a long tradition as a holiday and bathing resort.
