Our home is situated in the middle of the famous Margaret River tourist area. We are close to all the major world class wineries, boutique breweries and restaurants and a 5km from the town. Margaret River is known for its strong surfing communitee(10 min drive)and beautiful beaches.
You can explore the many underground caves, thriving arts communittee and boutique galleries and bush and coastal walk trails.
Peace and quiet is guaranteed with no neighbours in view. The property is half native bush and half cleared so kids can run, swing or trampoline on the property in perfect tranqulity and harmony. Our children all play classical instruments and are well able to respect your propery. We have lived overseas for many years and returned to Australia 7 years ago.
We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see ours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay.
