Have lived in my 2 bedroom apartment for 6 years and even though it is in a complex of 30 units it is quiet and well maintained. It is suituated on the first floor of a 2 storey building with secure parking and intercom to enter from the street. One bedroom has queen size bed and the other a double bed.

The apartment is approximatley 5 minutes walk to the Swan River and numerious outdoor cafes and 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes in the free bus to the city.Beaches are approximately 30 minutes away by car. It is also only 5 minutes away from the freeway which takes you to the South West of the State with all our beautiful vineyards and superb coast line with wonderful surf and scenery including whale watching.The golf course is withing walking distance from my apartment. I am a divorced lady who is still working as a Registered Nurse and who travels overseas every year. Love living where I do as it reminds me so much of Europe when sitting in a little cafe beside the River. Love the theatre and live shows which Perth is lucky enough to experience.
