House is situated in quiet suburb north of Perth approx 20min drive to Perth and 10min drive to beach. Public transport is nearby but would recommend you have own transport, my vehicle Nissan 4x4 auto dual cab is optional. Something about ourselves

I am in the process of retireing from the Electrical Contracting Industry and planning as many holidays as possible. I emigrated from Scotland 1970 and Jutta from Germany. Most of our free time is spent on the water, Power boat or kayaks.
