Our home is a fantastic 5 year old colonial style, two storey home, 4km from Perth CBD. It has every modern convenience. Perfect for entertainment with an alfresco and decked area of 50 square metres. Is completely secure with electronic gates and security system. Full Foxtel and broadband internet and 4 TV's. The three bedrooms are all larger than double rooms, however we would prefer not to include the master bedroom and ensuite as the others are all very large with king size and queen beds and 2 other full bathrooms. Our home is fully airconditioned (reverse cycle including the outside alfresco which has cafe blinds too). All gardens are reticulated and maintained.

Mount Lawley is a mature suburb with stylish Federation and Colonial style housing. Convenient transport to the city( 4km) and elsewhere. It is a quiet locality with nearby restaurants, banks, gymnasiums, theatres and shopping. We are close to golf clubs, tennis courts and the river which offers many recreational activities. The Race Course and major sporting arenas are within 10 minutes from our home. Restaurants are within short walking distance. Evan is a retired Director in the Public Service and I am a self employed small business consultant. We have 6 children and 8 grandchildren. Evan is a keen golfer, after playing cricket for 30 years.
