Description of our house
WE ARE LOOKING FOR INTERESTED PARTIES AROUND APRIL 2014. Our house is a modern double storey townhouse which is extremely comfortable and has all the mod cons you require. We have a lovely garden with two outside areas for dining and entertaining which includes a beautiful water feature. This home is easy to keep clean and easy to live in after a hard day experiencing the sites of our beautiful cities of Perth & Fremantle and it's wonderful beaches. It is a relaxing place to unwind and is directly opposite the Swan River with it's many attractions.

Our neighbourhood of Applecross is halfway between Perth City and the Port of Fremantle City where there is wonderful restaurants and cultural centre. Applecross is bordering the Swan River and all that it has to offer like kite/windsurfing, kyaking, water ski-ing, sailing, bike paths & nature trails. Only 10 mins to our beautiful white sandy beaches. It has many wonderful cafe's and restaurants, lots of quaint shops in our local Applecross Village & plenty of other shopping areas within easy walking distance, movie theatre in a major shopping centre which is a short 15 min walk. Only a 2 min walk to public transport which will take you to Perth City or Fremantle City & train station to Mandurah City which is a 48 minute ride.
Something about ourselves
Debra & Wayne are a middle aged couple who do not have children. Wayne is in the mining industry & Debra has had a long career within the oil industry and is now taking the occasional contract.
