Our home is a modern brick/tile 4x2. The bedrooms are large, master and second with a queen size beds and the other has 2 large single beds. The second bathroom and W.C.are ajacent to the minor bed rooms for convenience. another bedroom is converted into computer room, but could be used as a sleeping area if needed,which would provide four good size bedrooms
Large but comfortable living areas with a full screen plasma t.v.
Plus all the other equipement of a modern home.
The kitchen is well equipped for easy living.
Gardens are reticulated and easy care. No pets to worry about.
The outdoor living area has a Gas B.B.Q.

Situated close to the City Of Joondulup.Some 30 klms north of Perth by train or freeway and only 5 minutes from the Indian Ocean. Safe swimming beaches some 10 minutes by car, beach fishing is also popular.Have rods etc here.
Plenty to see locally, Perth and port city of Fremantle easily to get to by train or car.
There are trendy wineries close by to visit and enjoy(Swan Valley)
Four hours by car there are the wine growing area of Margaret River.

Roger and Bobby a retired couple who just love to travel.
House swapping has been great fun. Have done a few now, although flexible we like to exchange for at least a month.
For our next exchange we are hoping to be in the U.K. by mid to late Sept 2012,say for six weeks.
London or the south of Englnd would be ideal but would look at futher afield.
That time of the year is great in Perth ,Spring,not too hot and the world famous wildflowers are out.
