Our home is large,clean and spacious with high ceilings for coolness.We have jarrah wooden floors throughout the downstairs.Two extra large bedrooms one with 2 single beds the other a king size 4 poster bed with semi en-suite/family bathroom.Laundry,large family kitchen,family room are all located on the ground floor.The sun room opens up through french doors onto a wooden decked Alfresco area, which continues around the house.You can sit and enjoy breakfast watching visiting blue wrens overlooking beautiful extensive landscaped gardens,then walk into the garden and have your coffee in the gazebo.Children can hand feed our ducks/chickens/cows Madeline/Cassandra.Or play on park style flying fox/climbing frame/cubby house.A jarrah staircase leads off the study and up to the Parents Retreat.Main bedroom/en-suite and large sitting room with balcony with deck enjoying views over our property and the Leuuwin Ridge/Vineyards.A Fully Self Contained unit(sleeps 4) on our property can be offered for exchange - Comprising - 1 Queen bedroom/bathroom lounge with double sofa bed/kitchen.A non-simultaneous exchange is also an option.

We are both professionals.My husband is self employed (Construction Law)in the Commercial Building Industry.We have 9yr old twins(girl and boy) who are respectful in ours and other people's homes.We decided on a sea change 10yrs ago to this beautiful serene place/home.We are both originally from the UK and have traveled extensively before we had our children.We have completed 5 very successful exchanges so far and hope to do many more.We will take good care of your home as I'm sure you will ours.Here you can relax,enjoy and stop for a while to smell the roses!
