Our town house is off a main road in Toorak. It has all modern amenities and is in walking distance to major shopping strips in Armadale and Malvern. The tram is 200 yards away and a short tram ride will take you directly to the city or to a place where other trams will take you to multiple destinations. The area is renowned for it's upmarket homes, schools and antiques. The area has excellent restaurants and all types of shops. It is a 5 mins walk to local pharmacy, post office, hotel, cafe, green grocer and service station.
The home is now not pet free and smoke free. Stop Press! A kitten took up residence with us in December 2012 - as a gift.
A choice of cars would be made available.

We are in out mid 60's. Andrew is a retired State Member of Parliament and Marilyn is a consulting psychologist. We have travelled quite extensively always paying for excellent accommodation. This time we would like to try home swap with a couple of similar age and background.
We often travel with a female family friend.
We are honest, clean living, responsible people who would treat a property as if it was our own.
We would like to go to The Northern Hemisphere for next Xmas but open to offers from any other parts of the world, preferring cities. We are open to villages in outer areas in the UK if a car is made available.
