Our home is light filled and comfortable. There are three bedrooms with one currently being used as a study/ craft room. The living area is open plan with a kitchen, living room, dining room and study area. There is also a seperate laundry and a family bathroom as well as a seperate shower and toilet. There is ducted underfloor heating throughout our home and air conditioning in the living areas.

We are located on a quiet, leafy road in a hilly area of Melbourne. Our large oak tree in the front garden provides lovely shade throughout hot summer days. Our neighbours have lived in the area for many years and are very friendly. There is an excellent playground in the next street and the area boasts some exceptional play areas for children of all ages. Something about ourselves

We are a married professional couple in our early 40s with a 3 year old daughter, who is remarkably well behaved. I moved to Australia in 2003 from the UK, and my husband is Australian and has always lived around Melbourne. We are well travelled and return to the UK to visit relatives every few years.
