Our home has just been extensively renovated (2011) and has all new appliances in the new kitchen and laundry. There is a sunny north facing, spacious balcony and a private, lawn alfresco dining area in the rear yard. There is a new outside sauna. We have a large family room and a separate lounge and dining area. The main B/R has king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

We are a 500 metre walk to the front beach and pier as well as the famous Portsea Hotel and small shopping village - no need for a car. We are 1km from the golf course and 2km from the surf beach and the Point Nepean National Park (great for walking or cycling). The bustling town of Sorrento (shops, restaurants, hotels, cinema and the Queenscliff ferry) is only 4km away - by foot, car or bus. The cliff top and beach walk from Portsea to Sorrento is recommended. The Portsea - Frankston bus stop is 500 metres away. Something about ourselves
