Our house is an open plan, modern and very comfortable home. It's easy living with all the modern facilities and comforts of a 5 star hotel. It's a very relaxing home with beautiful gardens on large piece of land. Our house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, fire place, piano and an excellent music system. We have wireless internet, computer, 2 large flat screen TV's and Foxtel service. Our favourite part of our house is our outdoor entertainment area, complete with fully equipped kitchen, fridge, barbecue and outdoor furniture. We also love to indulge in our very relaxing heated spa (heated all year round). Our house has electric gates and a fully secure fence and security system.
We also have a second home, it's a 4 bedroom holiday house opposite the beach in Phillip Island. It's only one minute walk along a private track to a fabulous swimming beach. Phillip Island is a popular holiday destination on an island situated in Western Port Victoria. It is a place of natural beauty, endless sandy beaches, tranquil wetlands and unique wildlife experiences.
The island is also world famous for its Penguin Parade experience, hundreds of penguins swim to shore to the safety of their homes in the sand dunes. We live in one of Melbourne's exclusive suburb Eaglemont. It's a leafy, hilly and treed area, only 10 km north-east from the heart of Melbourne's city centre in the state of Victoria. There is direct access to the city by train, about 20 min into the city. It takes about 15 min (off peak traffic) to drive into the heart of central Melbourne city. In case you don't already know, Melbourne is an amazing cosmopolitan, cultural and fun city. The cobblestone bars, cafes and theatres make it a must to visit.
Eaglemont is surrounded by beautiful homes, lots of trees and endless parklands, the Murray river boasts lots of bike tracks that will take you into the city or to many other great locations. There 2 shopping precincts only minutes away from Eaglemont (Heidelberg and Ivanhoe), here you can find lots of cafes, restaraunts and shopping. We are also only 20-25 minute drive to the popular St Kilda beach and Fitzroy st.

We also try and give to the local community by volunteering our time to help the elderly citizens of our neighbourhood.
