My home is a new and comfortable, elegant furnishings and decor and all modern conveniences with a large garden front and rear. I spend a great deal of time on my rear deck which is very peaceful and overlooks a lovely garden outlook. The home is located 1 km (10 mins) walk to a beautiful and safe bay beach,of Port Phillip Bay, is 1.5 kms from the Town of Rye, a seaside resort on the Mornington Peninsula. The area is very quiet, mostly holiday homes. I have a large digital ,televison inh main lounge area, and DVDS and music can be piped onto the rear deck.The Two bedroomS have TV and DVD players, (the childrens bedroom and the main bedroom,) There are two q/s beds, two single beds and a trundle if required.Very pretty location in the beauitful Mornington Peninsula.

I live in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, a holiday resort area some 95 kms from City of Melbourne,1 hour 15mins drive via freeway The area is renowned for the beautiful Bay and Ocean beaches, multiple Golf course (7 within 9 kms) Coastal and Country scenery, superb restaurants, Wineries (some 170) renowned for Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonay great boutique shopping, especially at Sorrento where you can catch a car ferry to the historic town of Queenscliff and travel down from there to the scenic Great Ocean Road. Cinemas, childrens entertainment , weekly farmers markets, diving, swimming, fishing sailing wonderful walks all within a few kms of my home. Something about ourselves

I am single and a recently retired nurse. I have traveled to Europe, UK and Asia and would ,love to spend more time in the UK .I have a married adult family and 6 beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy wining and dining with my friends ,play golf regularly, am very active involved with a local creative writing group,work for various charities ,member various organisations,have recently been aproached with a request to join the local Sorrento Rotary Club. I have a keen desire to travel and meet new people and see new places, have spent some time in the Uk over past few years and just love being there and exploring new places.
