Our home is comfortable, well presented, with quality furnishings, fittings and appliances. Built 10 years ago, both home and garden are easy to maintain. The spacious kitchen with attached separate laundry overlooks the family room and dining area. There is a sofa bed and TV in this room.
There is a separate study/office with broadband high speed internet. A large lounge has a well equipped entertainment system, TV, stereo DVD etc. The house is built around a private sunny courtyard where there is a BBQ, and table setting on a wooden patio with an extended tiled area.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds the master having an en-suite bathroom - including toilet, hand basin and shower. There is a main bathroom with both bath and shower, and a separate main toilet.
The home is secure and private with electronic gates to front garden and garage. We took a long time to find this house and have lived here for four years.

Geoff and I are retired professionals, Geoff a communications engineer and I (Jan) was an academic. We have owned houses for over 40 years and know how to care for a property. In 2011 We decided to really "see USA" by living there in . We spent an amazing 5 months using 4 swaps and staying with families. We have previously travelled extensively in Europe and Asia and enjoy taking time to enjoy places rather than the whistle stop tour.
It is not important to be in the centre of a major city, as long as there is close access to transport, shopping etc. We expect to drive a car.
We enjoy good food and wine, we visit museums and go to the theatre and movies. We play a lot of bridge and generally enjoy pottering about in our home and garden spending time with friends.
We would look after your home as if it was our own.
