Raymond Island is a small friendly community located across the McMillan straits off Paynesville, in the Gippsland Lakes. With abundant native wildlife including koalas, kangaroos and native birds. The area is renowned for its warm climate, recreational sailing/boating, fishing and dolphin watching. It's close to many national parks, including alpine skiing, temperate rainforest, coastal, lakes, rivers and Aboriginal sites. The regional city of Bairnsdale is a short drive away where all shopping and entertainment is available. Something about ourselves
