Description of our house
Our home is a charming, comfortable family home only 5 mins walk to shops and transport. The house has 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. It has a small garden in the front and a large garden in the rear with established trees. The kitchen is plain but has all the necessary facilities with an adjoining dining area that seats 6. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet, one with a shower and the other with a bath. There is a cosy, carpeted lounge in the front with a gas heater and an airy bright sunroom in the rear with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the garden.
Outside there is a covered patio with a big barbecue and an outdoor seating area for 10.

Our neighborhoodMordialloc is a small suburb by the bay with a wide beautiful beach at the mouth of a creek, surrounded by plenty of parkland. There is also trail along the beach that you can follow all around the bay.
The creek also has a bicycle and walking track and there is a wetland area and a nature reserve where we go for long walks about 10 mins drive away.
There are a couple of nice restaurants with good views by the creek and on the beach.
Mordialloc has all all you need for your day to day shopping needs and there is a very large, undercover shopping centre 10 mins drive away.
A train leaves every 20 mins for the city which is 40 mins away.

Something about ourselvesWe are a couple who have been married for 26 years and have two children, one of whom has recently married and is living in Germany and another who is about to finish school this year.
My wife Julia is a University lecturer and I am an AV Production Manager.
I was born in Egypt with an Armenian family background and Julia is Australian.
We enjoy the company of good friends, international food, music and culture. We have spent most of our married life looking after our house and bringing up our children whom we adore and are very proud of.
We are both interested in the arts but haven't had much time to pursue those interests.
We are keen to travel and see some of our favourite places. I especially want to return to to Egypt after 45 years to rekindle some nice memories and reconnect with Egypts ancient past.
