Our home is very user friendly. All rooms are quite large with ducted air-con/heating. We have an outdoor courtyard and pergola patio with a gas barbeque that will be fantastic in summer. Three of the bedrooms are queen size with queen beds, 1 is queen size with a single bed and the last is a small single. The master has an ensuite (with spa bath) and large walk in robe and three others have walk in robes. We have 3 reception rooms consisting of a lounge room, family room as well as rumpus room. Although we are not in Melbourne, we are very close. We also have a train station within walking distance if that is preferable. The nearest shopping center is with 10 minutes drive and my Nissan XTrail TI is available for use if needed. We have lots of electrical equipment such as - 5 tv's, 3 dvd's and 2 cable boxes. It is a great home to relax and entertain in.

Our neighborhood
We live in a very quiet neighbourhood. This estate is in Berwick village and is known as the "best". We only bought it last month. We are very close to Melbourne and also the mountains as well as the beach. We also have our own Botanical Gardens although I have not been there yet. Melbourne has a nice zoo and botanical gardens too. Werribbee Safari park is simply fantastic. Melbourne has fantastic shopping and restaurants. Something about ourselves
Adam and I are a married couple who are 57 and 40 with 1 daughter and 2 sons who don't live at home. In January this year, we became foster parents to a 14 year old boy and we want to share the experience of other cultures by visiting other countries with him. Adam is the National Credit Manager in charge of Australia and New Zealand for his company. I am a volunteer driver. I drive clients to medical appointments when required. We have experienced 1 home exchange before and we are very keen. This time we want to show everything to the children before they reach the stage of not wanting to be seen with the "oldies".
