ANGLESEA COTTAGE on the GREAT OCEAN Victoria Australia. 3 bedroom cottage (holiday home) is 113 klms SW of MELBOURNE , the home has been renovated with new carpet in all bedrooms. The bedrooms are all good sized, 1 queen,1 double, 3rd has set bunks and single bed. Two bathrooms one with bath/shower/wc, second with shower/wc. Kitchen/lounge is open plan living, large laundry area. Out back you have large private garden area on two levels where you can relax and watch the colorful bird life or if your lucky hear or see a kookaburra while cooking on bbq. At night you can just hear the waves from the ocean

A very quiet area in normal times, most residents are retirees, 70% properties holiday homes, 10-15 min walk takes you to shopping centre, beach, golf course but be warned you will have to watch out for the kangaroos while playing. Twenty mins drive is the world renown Bells Surf beach, their is plenty of coastal scenery and drives all along coast also wonderful walking tracks and day trips. A ferry across the bay from Queenscliff to Sorrento will have dolphins swimming along side. Bus available daily to GEELONG ( pop 2000,000) a major shopping 35 klms from Anglesea, train service from Geelong to Melbourne. Ref Anglesea Victoria Australia the internet other information. We are Joe and Chris both retired and we are ready to see more of the world, we have 3 grown children and happy grandparents. We have been to Great Britian, Europe, America, Thailand and have had eighteen successfull exchanges in New Zealand (2),Tasmania,Queensland,South Aust, West Australia & NSW.
