Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large kitchen with a seperate dining room. The pergola area which includes gas BBQ and overlooks a small private well maintained garden that has many shrubs and flowers. We love spending time in our home and having friends over, it is warm and inviting. The house is two levels. The top floor has 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, a study and bathroom. The ground level has 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, 1 lounge area, seperate dining room and large entertaining room. Property is 18 years old.

Mitcham is a leafy eastern suburb of Melbourne at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges, that has easy freeway access to other suburban areas and country Victoria. There is easy access to buses and trains (approx 35 mins to CBD) we are located between Box Hill and Ringwood.
