The house is situated very close to the beach where it is safe to swim. My home is a spacious modern two-storey house. On the ground floor is an open living area with a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, micro wave and dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Adjoining the master bedroom is large an en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs is an additional living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate bathroom, WC, and a study with an extra single bed. There is a view to the sea from the balcony of the bedroom and an enclosed balcony facing north. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning, gas heating plus overhead fans for air circulation.
Outside there is a generous verandah with BBQ facilities in a pleasant garden setting and an extra shower head. This is useful when coming back from the beach. There is a double car garage.
The downstairs area has parquetry flooring while upstairs is carpeted.
The home is easy to keep clean.
