Our home is set on a quiet street, 2 minutes walk from a beautiful swimming beach. It is a quiet safe neighbourhood with walking access to local supermarkets.
It is a modern 3 bedrooms home, with 2 double beds and one nursery. Our home is fitted out with high level security blinds and a side roller door which gives access to the back yard. In the lounge room we have comfortable leather lounges and a large flat screen TV. In the winter there is a wood fire place and in the summer we have ducted cooling. The modern kitchen overlooks the large backyard which is great for entertaining and children’s play time.
Our house is safe, neat, modern and in a great location. HOME

PORT NOARLUNGA - SEAFORD BEACH
Our house is situated on The Fleurieu Peninsula which has a real beach culture. We live a short 2 minute stroll away from beautiful beaches and a popular surf break “The Seaford Bowl”.
Port Noarlunga is a popular family destination which is located 4kms away from our house, with gorgeous beach’s and great fishing opportunities for all ages. Enjoy a walk down the stunning Jetty at dusk and stop in for dinner at one of the many pubs or restaurants.
Port Noarlunga is just 34 kilometers south of Adelaide. Low tides expose a nearby heritage-listed reef that provides a unique natural marine reserve, perfect for safe aquatic exploration. More intrepid walkers can head for the river estuary and Onkaparinga River National Park.
Port Noarlunga itself provides great coffee and interesting shopping, along with a hint of what the old port would have looked like more than a century ago.
Close by is the famous wine region of Mclaren Vale which most famous winemakers include Rosemount, Seaview, Wirra Wirra Estate and Hardy groups. On Saturday Mornings you can drive to the nearby Willunga Farmers Markets where you will find lots of gourmet goodies. PORT NOARLUNGA - SEAFORD BEACH
