The house is very light with an open-plan design incorporating a granite/stainless steel kitchen, living area, indoor and outdoor dining areas plus a terrace overlooking the pool and lagoon. There are 3 bedrooms plus a separate fully equipped office, 2 bathrooms with spa bath, a double garage and air-conditioning. This is our main home, used for home exchanging but never rented.

Twin Waters is on the Sunshine Coast, only 10 minutes drive to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, 25 minutes to Noosa and 1 hour to Brisbane. Just a few minutes walk from our home is the Twin Waters Golf Course where kangaroos can be seen grazing at the end of the day and the local bowls club. We are close to Mudjimba beach, a stunning strip of white sand, stretching 8 kilometres from the Maroochy River to the Hyatt Coolum Beach Resort. The area is a walkers paradise with dedicated paths for pedestrians and bikes.
Something about ourselves
We are Bee and Derek, a "mature" couple, semi-retired (he isn't, she is!), well travelled and originally from England. Having swapped homes over 50 times, we now consider ourselves quite experienced exchangers! The concept has brought us many new friends and provided opportunities to explore some wonderful places; often far away from the usual tourist haunts. And, of course, after so many exchanges, we understand the importance of caring for our exchangers' homes.
