We live in a freestanding home in a private gated community called the River Springs Country Club. Our home features three bedrooms, timber floors, granite kitchen and stainless steel appliances for the chef of the family. Living in the tropical climate on the Gold Coast we also have air-conditioning and ceiling fans for comfort. We have our own private courtyard to relax and read the newspapers outside and the garden is extremely low maintenance however we have someone professionally do the lawn for us. We love our huge home theatre system and movies as we have such busy lives we enjoy unwinding at the end of the day at home. The resort complex also has a large freeform pool, tennis court, gymnasium, sauna, theatrette and function room for use of all residents.

The River Springs Country Club is located at the foot of the Gold Coast Hinterland the perfect landscape to enjoy hiking, wine tasting in the numerous wineries or wandering through the quaint and cute old fashioned streets with quirky shops selling trinkets and souvenirs. For those who love the beach and water lifestyle there are several famous Gold Coast beaches to choose from all within 15 minutes drive. Thrillseekers are also provided for by the various theme parks nearby such as Movieworld, Seaworld, Dreamworld and Wet and Wild Waterslide Park. Nightlife and shopping are also popular pastimes on the coast in suburbs such as Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise or Main Beach. My name is Sandra (37)and my husband Anthony (43) have been married 7 years now. We also have three and a half year old twin daughters Rhapsody and Gypsy. We own a Real Estate Office which keeps me busy working long hours and hence why we like to holiday often. My husband Anthony stays at home full time with our girls but also continues to lecture at the Queensland University of Technology in Journalism and Communications for two days a week. Anthony has been teaching for the past 12 years and absolutlely loves it. Ideally we would prefer exchamges to be during university holidays if possible. My high stress job in real estate and the fact we own the company does allow us quite a bit of freedom and flexibility in regard to taking time off. We are definitely open to offers and ideas on destinations and dates. We are looking to travel more in the coming years and enjoy the fact home exchange is child friendly and hope to meet other like minded families willing to share their home while experiencing exciting and thrilling places. We will take care of your home as we would like someone to take care of ours. We have had about 6 wonderful exchanges now to Denmark, the Sunshine Coast x2, Jamberoo NSW, Tasmania, Kingscliff and one booked for California in 2014. Our girls are well travelled both internationally and nationally, well mannered and well behaved. We are open to all opportunities so looking forward to hearing from you. At the moment I work about 8 months of the year and have 4 months of the year off but I plan to increase that to hopefully 6 months of work and 6 months of holidays within the next year or two.
