We would love to swap our piece of paradise with yours! We live a short, easy walk from one of the best surf beaches in Australia. Our home is on the edge of Burleigh Heads National Park where you can walk or jog among native trees with breath-taking view points along the coast line both north and south. Our house is 2 levels with a separate bathroom and toilet downstairs with bedrooms and laundry and second living space. Upstairs is another 3 bedrooms (including the master with it's own ensuite) as well as another bathroom and separate toilet. We have a lounge and dining room that open onto a large sun-catching deck area.

As well as being close to Burleigh Beach and Headland we are also a short walk to Burleigh Village Shops. James Street has several cafes, unique boutiques and food stores. A bus stops on the Gold Coast Highway close by giving easy access to all the Gold Coast has to offer. Something about ourselves

We are a part family of three. My husband and I are both mid 40s and have a daughter aged 8. Our au-pair will also be travelling with us, she is 23 years old. None of us smoke and we are all tidy and respectful people. We would prefer to swap vehicles as a part of our home exchange. We are wanting to spend approximately six months in Auckland, New Zealand so that I can assist my aging mother who resides there.
