A local tavern is just 10 mins easy walk away. Beautiful Mooloolaba is 6 mins from our home and offers lovely beaches, surfing, dining, shops and the surf club where a courtesy bus will pick you up and bring you home! Sunshine Plaza, a large shopping centre is just 8 mins away. Headland Golf Club, voted best Golf Club in Queensland in 2010 is 2 mins drive from our home - visitors most welcome. A short drive to Maleny/Montville in the hinterland opens up a new environment with arts and craft shops, casual dining etc. View the whole coast from advantage points on the mountain. Noosa Heads is just 35 mins to the north - why not visit the famous Ginger factory while you are there! Aussie World (rides, rides, rides) is 5 mins away while there are countless pubs and casual/fine dining places within easy reach. Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo (remember The Crocodile hunter?) is 20 mins from home. There are some lovely short walking tracks for those not used to hiking, offering beautiful rainforest scenery complete with native birds and animals. Something about ourselves

We are retired/semi-retired. Bob (64)is an ex-Principal and Inspector of Schools and is currently winding down his work as a civil marriage celebrant while Marg (60) has retired from administration in schools. We are very house proud and are looking for someone like-minded. We will take particular care with your home and treat it as our own. We love travelling and would like to spend a few weeks during winter where there vs a real 'winter atmosphere'. Our children and grandchildren live 3 hours away in NSW. Bob loves his golf while Marg is into Mahjong. ![]()
