This seaside apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, a hotel, grocery store, chemist,fish monger, butcher, bakery, bus station and railway station. All transport is within 30 mins of the Brisbane CBD and to railway connections to the Gold Coast. The apartment has direct access to the sea side and a pleasant 10 mins walk to safe swimming, recreational activities, shaded picnic and BBQ areas. At low tide there is a pleasant walk out to King Island. We are a mature couple, Hardy retired from property maintenance and Carol from business administration. We have travelled extensively previously but only for short stays. We intend to spend 5 months travelling throughout Europe from May 2012 - September 2012 and are interested in any European countries. We will treat your home with love and respect as if it was our own. We are also on Skype and look forward to speaking with you for our home exchange.
