Our home is modern, clean and cosy situated within a 5 min walk to a 20km stretch of beach. It has 2 living areas featuring doors that open up completely onto a deck for an informal indoor/outdoor eating room. We offer 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom. The home is light, bright and airy capturing cool sea breezes. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, we have a lush garden and lawn providing extra privacy.

Our home is situated within a short walk to a beautiful beach and is a 5 km drive to the internationally known Noosa Beach, 2 hours drive north of Brisbane on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. Noosa is reknown for it's shopping, wide choice of restaurants and pristine beaches. There are many attractions within a short distance including National Parks for walking, rivers for boating and water sports and, of course, swimming and surfing on the beautiful beaches. We have bicycles for cycling the many kilometers of bike paths nearby and various surfcraft, umbrella and chairs for just lazying on our local beach. Something about ourselves

We are Andrew and Jenny both recently retired from our professions (Engineer and Teacher). Having raised 3 children all pursuing their own careers interstate and overseas, we now find ourselves footloose and fancy free with a shared interest to travel and explore the world. We are lucky enough to have a second home that we are offering for simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchanges. We are in a position to travel immediately.
