Our home is a large two storey house that is spacious and comfortable with. The main bedroom, guest room, kitchen, study and living areas are upstairs, there are wood floors except for the bedrooms which have carpet. Downstairs is tiled and we have the childrens bedrooms, laundry, bathroom and rumpus room.
There is a long deck off the kitchen and the parent's retreat that takes advantage of the easterly rural views extending out to the sea.It is a lovely spot to sit at any time of the day for a coffee or a glass of wine.
The house is situated on two forested acres, with neighbours on only one side, so it is very peaceful and quiet. We have ample garden and lawn and even a few chooks, so there is always fresh eggs for brekky. Our home is a large two storey house that is spacious and comfortable with. We are Wendy and Tim a married couple with an 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son. Tim is a local GP and Wendy is a nurse at the local hospital. We love travelling and have enjoyed a fair bit of camping but now that the kids are getting older we want to spread our wings a bit further.
We have never done a home exchange before, but we see this as an affordable and a more enjoyable way of doing some travelling and really experiencing the places that we stay in. And for someone else to enjoy our home and the beautiful surrounds that we live in. We are an active family with both our childrens and our own sporting activities juggled with work of course. We are very house proud and would look after your home as if it was our own. We are Wendy and Tim a married couple with an 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son.
