Our much loved home is situated on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. Approximately 1 hour drive north of Brisbane International airport, we live right at the famous surf beaches of Kawana and Moooloolaba. These beaches are very safe and are popular tourist spots year round. This luxury home has 4 bedrooms, a large fully functioning media/cinema room, 3 bathrooms, pool, separate laundry, and massive outdoor deck overlooking the canal, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening. The house is on one level and has water toys including paddle boats, fishing rods and surfboards for use, right off the back deck.

The neighbourhood is very quiet by night and beach loving by day. Alfresco and fine dining restaurants and night spots are only a short stroll away. In walking distance you will find large shopping centres, fruit markets, medical centres, hairdressers, taverns and public transport. Something about ourselves

We are family of 4 (2 children aged 8 and 11) . My husband and I have a business in the Brisbane area and enjoy travelling when we are able to get away. We love the idea of travelling to other parts of the world and living as the locals do in order to get to know different places and ways of life. We love the beach life in Australia and also enjoy snow skiing in the winter.
